Most of our products are made to order and will take between 5 to 7 business days to be dispatched, however we will always aim to post them as soon as possible.
We send most of our items via Royal Mail service, which normally takes up to 4 business days, but may take longer at busy periods.
Please be aware, since Brexit all EU countries (including ROI) charge their own taxes on goods imported from Britain. We will not be liable for any customs or VAT levies applied by the local authorities once the goods reach your country. If you do not accept delivery and the goods do not get returned to us by the courier you will unfortunately forfeit your refund.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days from when you have received your items. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method by getting in touch with us on info@thethespacecurator.co.uk
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be returned in their original product packaging. When you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we will not be able to process the refund and would advise to make a claim with your courier service provider.
Please note that the return postage fees are at the cost of the buyer.

Please, note it is the customer’s responsibility to review and ensure that the shipping address entered at the checkout is correct. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.
If the goods are returned to The Space Curator due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer will have to cover the charges for a re-delivery.
We kindly ask that all items are carefully inspected upon their arrival. Although we take utmost care when packaging our items, they may get damaged whilst in transit.
Please make sure you contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods if they arrive damaged. We will either refund or replace your items free of charge.
If the goods have been with you for longer than 48 hours, we cannot take any responsibility for any damages.
